Sanjay Tiwari

Sanjay has worked in the transportation and logistics industry across Northern Europe, South East Asia, the United States and India for close to 30 years now. He has 25+ years leadership experience in trading, distribution, transportation, financial services and education.

Sanjay has worked for renowned brands such as Maersk, Air France-KLM, Van Leeuwen Pipe &Tube Group and ANZ Grindlay’s Bank. The theme of every job that Sanjay held was around making poorly performing units healthy again, and doing so with a focus on keeping or attracting the right people, understanding the numbers of a business in detail, and formulating a vision that was achievable for the team.

Sanjay is the founder CEO of 21CC Education, a highly innovative edtech company that operates the21CC skilling and job placement app. 21CC Education also creates e-learning for the logistics, healthcare and hospitality industries and has offices in India and The Netherlands. Sanjay as he states enjoys the stress of entrepreneurship, both within and outside of a large organisations as he believes it takes a lot of cajoling to get all the noses in the same direction, while trying to figure out the core value proposition.
